Established in 2005, Armoza Formats rapidly grew to be one of the top creators and distributors of formats in the international content market.
In 2019 Armoza Formats became part of ITV Studios, and in 2022 expanded to become ITV Studios production arm in Israel, with successful adaptations of shows like Love Island, Come Dine With Me, the Chase & 1% Club.

In 2024, Armoza Formats was reacquired by its founder, Avi Armoza, restoring its independence and reaffirming its commitment to innovation, boundary-pushing, and creativity. While retaining the exclusive right to produce ITV Studios’ formats in Israel.

Armoza Formats has a proven track record of success across all genres - from prime time singing competition The Four, with 2 hit US seasons to spectacular prime time entertainment show I Can Do That!, aired in over 25 countries, and from hit game show Still Standing with over 8,000 episodes globally to multi award-winning and critically-acclaimed hit award-winning scripted drama Hostages.
