The journey to the first kiss is always the longest
A unique and moving drama series about the quest for true love, intimacy and meaning in life.
A man finds himself on a date with the woman he was in love with in high school, and which he recently met again after years apart. The date begins rather on the downside but picks up fast. At the peek of the evening, as the two are about to have their first kiss, the man's mobile phone rings and he has to leave the date at once due to alarming news announcing his sister's suicide.
From there on, the two of them will try to have that unfulfilled first kiss, but the journey will be full of obstacles, and will intervene with additional stories of friends and relatives.
For instance, a rather unattractive woman in her late 30's tries to find true love through dating websites, and finally develops a "method" to find true love. In the meantime her best friend suspects that her husband is cheating on her – and he is, with our heroine, the one looking for that first kiss…
Shall we Kiss is a drama series that reveals the most intimate fears and desires of modern life. With parallel plot lines that interconnect with one another in ever surprising and moving ways, an overall depiction of the human situation is being revealed.
