Armoza brings 2 new countries TO MARRY ME NOW

Armoza Formats’ new factual entertainment format Marry Me Now has now been acquired in France by FremantleMedia.

In addition the show has now been taken for development in Australia by an as yet undisclosed party.

These 2 deals join Germany’s ProSiebenSat.1 Group and Italy’s Endemol Shine in signing on to the new docu-reality.

Pitched at the Armoza-run format competition Formagination by Israeli comedienne and first-time format creator, Odelia Yakir, the show was taken on to be developed and produced by Armoza Formats, partnering with Zipi Rozenblum on the production.

The emotional and empowering docu-reality that you’ll fall in love with, Marry Me Now (60’) gives women the chance to take charge of their own fate. Each week we follow one determined woman, who has had enough of waiting for a ring. She will take the lead in her life and relationship, and prepare her own wedding in just a few days and all without the groom-to-be’s knowledge. On the 3rd day she will surprise her partner in her wedding dress with an ambush proposal! If he says no, it’s all over… but if he says yes, they will tie the knot on the spot!

Avi Armoza, CEO of Armoza Formats, “We are excited by the positive responses that we continue to receive on this fun and emotional show, and to be seeing its international growth as our partners from across the globe connect with its empowering story.”
